How to get your refund:

- Email info@thesifix.com with your order number and tell us what went wrong.
- We'll refund your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
- In most cases you won't need to ship anything back. We'll simply refund you.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email info@thesifix.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
